In this edition of the Subie Scoop I talk about my experience ordering my axles, a new venture for me, and I share some information provided by Shane who goes by PYP DAD WAGON on Instagram.

[00:00:10] Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of the Subie Scoop. This edition is going to be a little bit different because I have kind of a guest on this Subie Scoop, but it was somebody that sent me some audio files to include because he wanted to share some things that happened to him.

[00:00:31] And it's Shane who goes by PYP Dad Wagon. He reached out to me and asked if he could send this to me and if I would please share it on one of the Subie Scoops. And of course I said yes. So I've had people reach out to me before and ask me to share something that they want to say on the Subie Scoop.

[00:00:53] And so that's part of what the podcast is for. Not just to interview people out there in the community, but it's a really good space to share information, share stories and just, you know, get stuff out there to the community.

[00:01:10] It doesn't have to be an episode. And being that I switched from doing the episode every Monday to every other Monday, and then now doing the Subie Scoop every other Monday, it kind of opens it up for something like this. And I think that's a really good thing to have happened with the podcast. But before I share what he wants to share with all of us, I wanted to talk about my experience of buying my axles online.

[00:01:40] I was looking around for a parts store online, you know, an OEM parts store, because I wanted to get them at a lower cost. And I went to one place and ordered them. Thankfully, I didn't pay for them. The payment, I think, went through, but then they refunded it. But they emailed me back saying that the parts were discontinued, which they're not discontinued.

[00:02:09] I thought that was really weird. Or that it was like a very long lead time and they didn't know when they would get them. So they just automatically canceled my order. So I was kind of freaking out because I'm like, I need to get these. I need to get these axles in quick because I wanted to try to get them before this past weekend so that I could switch them out. And I didn't end up getting to switch them out this weekend. But so I'm gonna have to wait till this next Saturday.

[00:02:35] But I ended up going to OEMSubaruPartsCenter.com after that other order got canceled. So they had the parts. It said they had four of them. And before I actually ordered, I called them up and I asked them, hey, do you actually have these parts? And they said yes. And they said that they would, because their website said, you know, we'll ship today if you order within the next like hour and a half or something like that.

[00:03:06] So I asked them that. I said, hey, your website says they'll ship today. And they said, yes, they will ship today. So I ordered them on Tuesday, February 24th. And that's what it was. I was trying to get them shipped so that I could have them last weekend so that I could try to install them. Because, you know, I'm getting the whole click, click, click, and my car is shaking. And, you know, when I'm turning, trying to turn and going slow. It seems like it only does it when I'm going slow.

[00:03:35] But I was just like, okay, I got to get new axles. So I ended up going to OEMSubaruPartsCenter.com. And they, I think it was like by 1230, they sent me a tracking number through USPS. So I was, of course, tracking it. And for two and a half days from Tuesday until, and actually I didn't even find out for sure.

[00:04:00] Well, so for like from Tuesday until Friday, the USPS website kept saying that it had, there was two tracking numbers because there's two axles. And their US, the USPS website was saying that waiting or a waiting item. And I'm like, they said they were going to ship them that day on Tuesday. And so I'm like, so for the, for until, I think it was Wednesday.

[00:04:28] I'm like, I'm just going to give this a day. Maybe it just hasn't generated yet or something. And so I checked back on Wednesday and USPS was still saying a waiting item. So I called up the OEM Subaru Parts Center and I was like, hey, it says they're awaiting the item. But, you know, you said you were going to ship them today. So they said, yeah, we don't have the parts here anymore. We did drop them off.

[00:04:57] And so I'm like, okay, so I don't, you know, what's, I don't know what's going on. So that was Wednesday. Thursday, USPS still says a waiting item. And then Friday, I'm like, I don't know what's going on here. I need to try to get these this weekend. So on Friday, I called them back, called OEM, you know, Subaru Parts Center.

[00:05:20] And I was like, look, USPS is saying that it, you know, that they, that they're awaiting the item. And you're saying that you dropped it off. And, you know, but I don't know what's going on. Like, I need to make sure that I get my, get my axles. So the guy I was talking to said, look, I'll go ahead and we'll ship some more out on Monday. And, you know, make sure that you get your axles. I'm sorry, I don't know what's going on. And I was like, okay, okay.

[00:05:48] So I had signed up for alerts just with one of the tracking numbers from USPS. And on Saturday, I don't know what time it was. But on Saturday, I got a notification that it was in Fort Worth. And I'm like, really, USPS? I've been freaking out all week. You're saying you're awaiting the item. They obviously had it. And so I sent him an email from OEM Subaru Parts Center. And I said, hey, look, don't ship me any more items.

[00:06:18] Don't ship me another, don't ship any more axles because they're actually in Fort Worth. And so, you know, I got the automatic notification for the one tracking number. Double check the other tracking number. It said the same thing. It's in Fort Worth. So I emailed him again. And I said, hey, the other tracking number is good. We're good to go. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you checking on it on your end and letting me know that you did ship them because obviously they did.

[00:06:47] So he emailed me back, said thank you. And we had some, you know, great communication back and forth. They were very helpful. And they answered every time I called. And, you know, I was just extremely thankful for that. So that's probably where I'm going to start buying my parts from now on is OEM Subaru Parts Center. I just had a really good experience. I know we've talked about customer service on the podcast when it comes to different brands. And I had a really good experience.

[00:07:17] And so through all of that, you know, and I told them like, hey, I really appreciate everything that you've done. I have a podcast that I host and I would love to give you a shout out. And so they emailed back and they ended up giving me a discount code. So you can use the code SUBYANDU, just all spelled out. And they said that's 20% off MSRP on all parts and accessories.

[00:07:46] They're not already discounted past that level. So they said to share it with, you know, with my listeners. And I'm very thankful for that. I'm grateful for, you know, what happened and having a good experience. And, you know, we got something good out of it. I mean, I wasn't expecting them to do anything. I just wanted to let them know like, hey, I had such a great experience. I want to give you a shout out because I was, you know, the first order got canceled. And I'm like, I really want to get these axles. And so they came through.

[00:08:15] And, you know, just, again, great communication. So if you're looking for parts or accessories and you were going to, you know, look at buying them online from a parts center, an OEM parts center, go to OEMpartscenter.com and you can use the code SUBYANDU for 20% off. So, again, thank you guys so much. I really appreciate the transaction. And now I've got the axles sitting here at home. I just need to find the time to install them and a place to do it.

[00:08:44] And so I think I'm going to be going to my cousin's house this weekend so that we can get them installed because he's been working on cars for a really long time. And he's got a covered paddy or a covered like driveway and a bunch of tools, everything that we need there. So just looking forward to getting them replaced and, you know, getting new ones in there because I'm tired of the clicking. And, you know, I don't want my car to fall apart.

[00:09:12] And then next thing I got to get is some lower control arms. So I'll definitely be heading over to OEMpartscenter.com. Okay. So something else that I wanted to share before we get into sharing Shane's story is that I redid the SUBYANDU podcast website. I was using Squarespace and it was getting really expensive. It was also not set up to automatically put information in there.

[00:09:42] I was each time I had a new episode, I would have to manually go in there and input all the information, upload a link to the actual, you know, to Buzzsprout where you can go to the episode. And then I would have to copy all the information from Buzzsprout to put into the post, you know, on the website.

[00:10:07] And so sometimes I would be up really late because I would be procrastinating and not getting to doing the episode sooner. And I would just, you know, because there's been times I've been up really, really late working on the episode before Monday. And I get to the point where I'm like, I cannot stay up anymore. I have to get to sleep. And so, you know, I won't end up uploading the episode to the website because I just like, I have to get to sleep.

[00:10:34] And I've had people message me and be like, hey, the new episode is not on the website. And I'm like, I know, I know I'll do it when I get home. So this new website that I switched to that is designed for podcasters. And it's what's really great about it is every time I upload all of my information to Buzzsprout, and then Buzzsprout pushes it out to the apps on Monday morning.

[00:11:02] It also pushes it out to my website. And the episode gets loaded into my website on my episodes page automatically. And it also, there's a player right there on the website. So you don't have to click a link and then go to Buzzsprout to get to the episode. Because I have had people that want to share their episode with somebody, but they're like, oh, they don't have any podcast apps, you know. And so I'm like, okay, well, I'll send you a link to it on the website.

[00:11:31] But now you can just, or yes, send you a link from the website that goes to Buzzsprout. But so now you can just go to my website and you can click on episodes and all the episodes are there. And that was the reason that I was switching over the cover art. And it was because I knew that I was going to be working on this new website. And I wanted the cover art because it's got to be a perfect square.

[00:11:55] And I wanted to switch it all over so that whenever I would start this website up, that they would all be there. And so I've been doing a lot of that work behind the scenes. Been building the website. And it looks, I think it looks really good right now. There's still more stuff that I want to do. Because I want to do a page with, I want to do like an events page of events that I've been to and post some photos.

[00:12:25] And I'm going to share those episodes on that page. I also want to do like an adventure page where I want to share photos and then stories and stuff of places that I've been. People that I've hit the trails with, you know. Share some pictures that I've taken. And, you know, like when I went to Moon Rocks for my 50th birthday, I want to put that in there and share that episode.

[00:12:50] So just things like that where, you know, I had some fun and was able to get out with some people. Because being that I'm so far away from everybody, you know, I feel really, really blessed for the times that I've been able to meet up with people and have some fun. And I do want to talk about one more thing before we get into Shane's story.

[00:13:12] And that is that another reason that I decided to do the episodes every other week was because, I know I mentioned it before, but I needed some of my time back. Because there were a lot of things that I wasn't doing anymore that I enjoyed doing before the podcast. And now it's like I look back and I'm like, I don't know how I did an episode a week because that is a lot. But of course there is an episode every week.

[00:13:41] There's just not a guest episode every week. Except for today because we've got Shane who sent me some stuff. But, you know, it's not like I talked to him live. So, you know, one of the reasons I did that too was to free up some more time because I'm in the pursuit of another, I don't know if you want to call it a side hustle or just another venture. But I am pursuing voiceover work.

[00:14:08] And I actually found a community and it's been really, really great. I think I may have mentioned this before. It sounds familiar. But I don't usually listen to my episodes again. So if I already told you about this, then you're going to hear it again. Anyway, yeah.

[00:14:26] So I'm pursuing voiceover and I am just looking to, you know, find my path in that and do that as a means of just another source of income. But also something just fun to do. And because I think there's in our community, there's guys that are older than me. There's guys that are like in their 60s.

[00:14:49] And I think they're doing it as retirement, you know, because why should you, quote unquote, retire if you're, you know, doing something that you really enjoy that you can do from home that can bring you income. And, you know, so I, you know, I'm trying to set myself up for something that I can do now, get good at and then continue to do it through retirement.

[00:15:18] And I just, I'm really looking forward to it. I'm super, super excited and very glad that I found this community. And it's, it's been a really great journey so far, but I haven't done anything yet. So I, there's some steps that I still need to take. And then I'm going to put myself out there and put some audio samples and things like that and just, just do it.

[00:15:42] So, uh, the guest that I recorded with somebody on Saturday, this past Saturday, March 8th. And when I asked him, you know, what, uh, what is something that, or what bit of advice would he have about anything? And he said to just, if there's something that you're wanting to do, just go for it. Just do it. Life is too short.

[00:16:08] You know, you don't want to have something that you've been wanting to do or try or experiment with or whatever, and then not do it and then look back and regret it. So when he said that, it just like really, really hit me because, you know, I've been pursuing voiceover for quite a while and I haven't actually done anything with it yet. And so, you know, cause doing something new that you're not really sure how to do can be scary.

[00:16:37] And I've been kind of scared. And so I just, if I don't just go for it, I'll never know. And I want to know. So I'm going to do it. Okay. And now finally, it's time for me to shut up and let's hear from Shane PYP Dadwagon and hear what he has to say. Hey everyone. This is Shane, AKA PYP Dadwagon from episode 112. I wanted to jump back on here.

[00:17:07] First, thank Raf for giving me the opportunity to share this. This is something that has been on my mind for a while. I wanted to talk about some things that happened to me two summers ago and kind of talk about how my Subaru saved my life. I'm okay. The Crosstrek is okay.

[00:17:26] There was no accidents, but it's, it's how owning this car and having my account has changed my life for the better within the last year. So not too many people know the story. You might've seen glimpses on my stories on Instagram from two summers ago. I had injured my leg, hurt my knee, had to have surgery.

[00:17:56] And during that time also lost my job. So it was a pretty low point in my life. And during that time, Boxer Fest was going on. There was a couple other pretty cool things that were happening in the area Subaru wise.

[00:18:12] And because of having my Crosstrek, because of being a Subaru ambassador and the networking that I've done, it landed me a new job and kind of changed my life for the better. So I wanted to just go over that and talk about that and share some events along the way. So some backstory. So again, I live in Pennsylvania, kind of the middle of nowhere, PA, very rural.

[00:18:40] When I go to work, I probably pass more Amish and cows than I do people. So as far as like professional jobs, professional careers, big organizations, things like that, they're very few and far between. So I've been incredibly lucky in my professional career to have the jobs that I have. I went to school for marketing and upon graduation, I've always had a marketing job.

[00:19:02] So that's kind of where the the passion, the content creation kind of design aspect of what you see on my Instagram comes from. I just love to create and do things like that. But two years ago, I got burned out with it. I had a son and second baby on the way and my job was requiring me to travel a lot and not be home.

[00:19:30] So I was like, you know what, it's time for a change. And I actually jumped ship and went to a nonprofit, which was night and day difference. Nonprofit was fine. It was cool. You know, it was local to home. So I was like five minutes away from work. Well, I had plenty of time to spend with the kids and the family. So all was great. And that's when I really focused on on the car.

[00:19:54] I really put a lot of time and effort into doing different mods, bringing the the vision I had to life. Me and my friend Zach, we were doing some pretty cool car shows in the area. Car meets. We were doing different Subaru things and all of that. It was also the time that I became a Subaru ambassador. So when I was actually on the podcast the first time, literally that week, we did our first ambassador donation.

[00:20:21] We did care kits, personal hygiene kits to a local homeless shelter, which was pretty cool. It gave me a foot in the door to working with my local Subaru dealer. And that actually blossomed into a pretty cool relationship where I was in two, I think two of their commercials. Two commercials featured my car doing different things like kayaking and things like that.

[00:20:47] So you probably saw that on if you scroll back far enough or on the stories. You've probably seen that featured on on my timeline. And then there was another one that focused on my job where while I was at the nonprofit, my dealership came and did some restoration and beautification for a local nonprofit in the area that I was assisting at the time. So I got pretty familiar with the people at the dealership and they got familiar with me and like my background and what I did.

[00:21:17] And, you know, they obviously saw the content I was creating for myself personally, but they also knew I had a marketing background, which was which was pretty cool. So we were able to collaborate pretty closely on a lot of these videos, these events, things like that. So shortly after we completed some of these ambassador events, Boxer Fest was coming up and I was kind of coordinating with the dealership.

[00:21:43] But if we wanted to do a cruise to Boxer Fest or a pre-meet at Boxer Fest, something like that. And part of that, we were I was working with my friend Zach on doing a kind of a lead up show into Boxer Fest, if you will.

[00:21:57] So we had a little meet that was open to all makes and models at a local arena or marina, excuse me, by by the Susquehanna River, which is literally right down the road from the dealership that I worked with. And I don't know how I did it. I literally kneeled down to take a picture of my car or the lineup of cars or something and basically blew out my meniscus in my knee.

[00:22:26] So that put me out of commission. I was on crutches, couldn't walk, couldn't really work. I wasn't supposed to be driving because it was my right my right knee. So I I struggled to get to work. I struggled to work because my job often had me on my feet or going to different locations, things like that. So long story short, I had some MRI, some tests done, needed to have surgery.

[00:22:51] And upon coming back from surgery, I was notified that I was I was losing my job. So that was kind of a low point. You know, it's kind of a punch in the gut. But but I kind of took it in stride. I was like, hey, it's summer. There's some things I want to do to my car. Now I got plenty of time to do it. Boxer Fest is coming up. That's going to be awesome. But as the days kind of went on, I kind of struggled mentally. I struggled with, you know, feeling valued.

[00:23:21] That excitement of having some time to do what I wanted to do quickly turned into to boredom, lost motivation. I didn't do a lot of stuff that I wanted to do to my car because I wasn't, you know, I didn't have income. So I was like, well, I can't be spending hundreds of dollars on parts and pieces for the Crosstrek when, you know, I don't have a job. So that kind of the enthusiasm for the summer kind of dwindled over time. And I found myself in a pretty bad place mentally.

[00:23:51] There's a stretch of time where I just didn't post anything on Instagram because I had no content. And any content that I was going to put out was just going to be negative. To say I kind of lost my passion for the car, for content creation, for all of that. That was hard. That kind of, it sucked, honestly. And all my friends kind of busted on me to begin with when I started this account.

[00:24:19] You know, busted on me like, why would you create an account for a car? Why aren't you posting as yourself? Type of thing. But as my account grew and they saw what I was doing, I guess they realized, you know, somebody made a comment about my passion. You know, I've done marketing for 10 plus years and you just can't stop. Even though I did professionally, I still had that itch to get out and create, to tell a story.

[00:24:48] And my outlet was Instagram and it was through my car. You know, I was creating content. I was creating a story with my car. And then I was sharing that through Instagram with other people and connecting with other people and doing all of that. And people that were close to me recognized that. And then when they saw that the content just wasn't coming out anymore, they knew something was wrong. And I think it was more evident at Boxer Fest.

[00:25:17] I just wasn't, I wasn't present really. I wasn't, I wasn't there mentally. I was, you know, I was obviously there. I walked the show. I talked to people, but it just wasn't, it wasn't the same. And I think people recognize that and people knew that. And at the same time, during this, these couple of months, a few people had reached out to me. And I think they were going through some things themselves. They, they, you know, reached out, asked how I was doing.

[00:25:48] And, you know, they would, they would drop hints, drop clues like, Hey, you know, I'm, you know, I'm struggling too. I'm not really there mentally, you know, things like that. And, you know, I was kind of fighting my own battles and I think they were too. That's probably why they reached out. And I feel looking back on it now, I feel guilty that, you know, I wasn't much of, um, much help to them. So to, to those of you, if you know who you are, I apologize.

[00:26:15] And I'm glad we both, we all made it through the other side and we're all doing well now. Um, people I, I still talk to and consider really close friends. So just a hard, a hard, hard summer. And like I said, after Boxer Fest, people reached out and really, really helped me out.

[00:26:33] They offered, you know, recommendations, different ideas to find work, people I might, um, be able to connect with that might have remote jobs or part-time jobs, things like that. So definitely a lift in spirits after Boxer Fest. And just another point of how valuable this community is because everybody does have each other's back. And they do notice when things aren't right and offer solutions.

[00:27:02] Even if it's, you know, personal, like my story, it doesn't always have to be about the car. It can be about the person. So shortly after Boxer Fest, I think it might've been two or three weeks after Boxer Fest, there was another ambassador opportunity to connect with my local dealer. And in doing so, we got to talk in and I was like, Hey, whatever you need, whenever you need it, I'm not working. I'm at your full disposal, basically.

[00:27:32] And that kind of sparked a conversation like, Hey, you know, we've been keeping tabs on you. You seem like a really good guy. You're always eager to help you volunteer. And by the way, your content that you're putting out is awesome. They asked for my background. They asked for a resume. And long story short, they ended up hiring me to grow their marketing department. So I work with an automotive group that oversees a couple of different dealerships locally.

[00:27:58] So I might be over-exaggerating a little bit, but when I say my Subaru saved my life, it's because during that time, two summers ago, I was applying for jobs. I probably wasn't even qualified for and both ends of the spectrum, meaning, you know, I was applying for jobs that 20, 30 year professionals would be a better fit for.

[00:28:26] I was not getting any callbacks, no emails, not even rejections. So I started to apply for things like delivering pizza or cleaning cars at car rental places, things like that. And I was, again, just ghosted, not even a, you know, no thank you. It was just silence. So panic started to set in, worry started to set in, self-doubt started to set in, you know, all those things kind of start to creep into your mind.

[00:28:55] And it was just at a really low, a low place in my life. Like I said, I couldn't do anything I wanted to do with my car. I didn't feel like creating anything. You know, the, the, the part that I enjoy the most is like creating content, filming, filming my car or taking pictures or, you know, just telling a story somehow. And I didn't feel comfortable doing that because of my personal position.

[00:29:22] You know, I wasn't, I'm not going to go out and drive around and, you know, do a trail ride and waste gas when I don't have a job. I'm not going to buy new mods to put on my car when I don't have a job. So all those things just really just put out the light in my candle and it just was hard to go by day to day, not only not doing what you want to do, but just feeling like you don't have any passions.

[00:29:51] And getting that call to do what I love to do professionally to do, to do it and get paid for it was, was awesome. And I feel like it saved my life because I don't know where I would be right now. I mean, I wasn't getting callbacks to deliver pizzas. And in a couple days I went from like the lowest of lows to the highest of highs.

[00:30:17] Now I get to literally every day, take a new car off a lot and go create content, go take pictures, go, go get rollers with it, go fly a drone around it and take it down trails and splash loop puddles and rip through snow and do all these really cool things that I wanted to do for myself, for my car.

[00:30:39] And now I get to do it and get paid for it, uh, for different brands and tell a story to a much wider audience than, than what I had personally. So that was pretty cool. And that's why I say my Subaru saved my life is because I, if it wasn't for the networking and the ambassador program, I wouldn't have these connections. I wouldn't have that foot in the door.

[00:31:04] And it's just, it's, it's special to me because I look back on that time where I was at the lowest and people were checking on me. They knew me well enough from Instagram to know I wasn't right in person, or they saw the lack of content I was, I was putting out and reached out to check on me. I mean, legit strangers and that that's special. That's humbling.

[00:31:26] But again, if I wouldn't have bought my car, if I wouldn't have gravitated towards a Subaru, bought a Crosstrek, fell in love with the brand enough. So to make me want to become an ambassador, to represent the brand on my free time, it wouldn't have led me down this road where I would have had an opportunity to get to the job that I have now.

[00:31:48] And to have the tools at my disposal to, to do a job that I love, but to also increase the content and create content and tell the story that I feel I want to create on my personal level on my account.

[00:32:06] And I think that over the past year, I've increased both in talent wise in my career, but also putting out content that is better engaging for my followers. And in the Subaru community, we've done some pretty cool things in the last, I don't know, probably 12 to 18 months. We've raised, I think, well over $2,000 for different charities.

[00:32:34] We've raised money for no kill animal shelters. We've raised money for kiddos with cancer. We've raised money for fire victims, down, down syndrome society. I mean, all kinds of things. And it wouldn't be the Subaru community if it wasn't for actions like that.

[00:32:57] And I am so blessed to have the opportunity to just feature my car, my story, and create content that's engaging enough for people who, who see that, that want to come and help me. And what's important to me.

[00:33:13] So to kind of wrap things up, I'm just super, super humbled, super blessed, and super thankful for the people that do follow me, that do engage with me, that do know me well enough to notice when things aren't right. And for those that may be struggling or going through something too, just know you're not alone. I mean, you can always reach out to me and probably anybody else in this community.

[00:33:40] Everybody is so willing to help, whether it be with your car or something personal. I mean, I've had people that are willing to open up their house to me if I want to travel or vacation or anything like that. So if you, if you're going through anything or need help with anything, this community is so open and engaging. Just ask, just ask for help. I, I didn't do that. Other people did. And if I would have done it sooner, who knows, you know, what kind of help I would have gotten sooner.

[00:34:11] So just want to say thanks. Thanks to everybody out there, everybody that's listening. Thanks again to RAF for letting me have this opportunity to kind of talk about some of my struggles and, and how, how great this community is from top to bottom, from, from followers to ambassadors to people like RAF who are truly the ambassadors to the dealerships. I mean, we have some incredible dealerships out there.

[00:34:36] I know dealerships typically get a bad rap, a bad name, but W and L Subaru, Faulkner, Young's. I mean, I could go on and on and on and on and on. I, I really value some of these dealerships that really do embrace the Subaru brand and the love promise and go above and beyond for the community, whether it be diaper drives, coat drives, just hosting our cars and coffee.

[00:35:03] They give us an outlet to, to really express ourselves and to engage with the community. So I'm sure I'm forgetting things from my story and that is completely fine. If anybody has any questions, wants to reach out, wants to talk more about the car, feel free to DM me. One thing I think I forgot, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we forgot this from episode 112 team waffle or team pancake.

[00:35:32] I don't think I got to answer this. I will answer it now. I am team waffle. I love waffles because they're crispy. It's a texture thing, but like a pancake, you can do so much with them. You can stuff them. You can do fruit. You can do powdered sugar. I've even put peanut butter on them. So I am team waffle, nothing against pancake. Pancakes are great.

[00:35:54] You can't beat a blueberry or a chocolate chip pancake, but just waffles are waffle slap. I love the crispiness of a waffle and just got to go team waffle. Okay. So that is the audio that PYP dad wagon Shane sent to me and wanted me to share with everybody else. So thank you so much, Shane, for sending that. And thank you for sharing.

[00:36:22] I know that sometimes it's not easy to share things with everybody, you know, that's going on in your life. And so I appreciate you trusting me to help you share your story. And it sounds like you really came into a good place and things turned around for you. And that's so awesome. It's really great that you were able to find something that you can do that you really enjoy and that you had some experience in and that it worked out for you.

[00:36:51] Now that you've heard that story from Shane, if you haven't heard his episode, go give it a listen. It's episode 112 and he talks about his build and, of course, you know, his Subaru journey. So go give it a listen if you haven't. And if you're not already doing so, go give him a follow. PYP dad wagon. So thank you all so much for tuning in to another edition of the Subie Scoop. And thank you all for continuing to listen to the podcast and continuing to share it.

[00:37:20] I really, really appreciate it. And as I have mentioned before, as you all know, I'm going to be going to Overland Expo. And I will definitely be at the one in Oregon. Possibly. Well, it looks like I'm most likely going to be at the one in Arizona and in Virginia. But once I have that all confirmed, then I'll let everybody know.

[00:37:43] But for whoever is going to be there, I really look forward to seeing you and being a part of the Subaru experience at Overland Expo. And I'm very, very grateful for this opportunity. So thank you all so much. Enjoy your week. And we will see you on the next episode, next Monday, episode 198. We're getting so close to 200.

[00:38:10] And we're getting close to episode 199 also. So we'll see you later. Much to be loved. Raph.
